  • We will begin with a 1-1 Zoom appointment with your coach to do a movement assessment so that a program can be designed specifically to your ability & goal
  • Mobility, strength & flexibility will play a huge role in your training
  • You’ll be supplied with a 20-30 minute exercise routine which can be done in gym or at home ( weights not necessary but can be used)
  • You’ll be supplied with a running template to suit your goal
  • Learn how to warmup & cool down effectively
  • Learn how to fuel and recover from running with expert nutrition pointers

You will have ongoing and continued support from your coach throughout the 6 week process
