- We will begin with a 1-1 Zoom appointment with your coach to do a movement assessment so that a program can be designed specifically to your ability & goal
- Mobility, strength & flexibility will play a huge role in your training
- You’ll be supplied with a 20-30 minute exercise routine which can be done in gym or at home ( weights not necessary but can be used)
- You’ll be supplied with a running template to suit your goal
- Learn how to warmup & cool down effectively
- Learn how to fuel and recover from running with expert nutrition pointers
You will have ongoing and continued support from your coach throughout the 6 week process
